Order Processing

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on a non-business day will ship the next business day. You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

The table below shows the expected delivery times for the shipping methods we offer. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Westlake, OH 44145. You'll receive a more accurate estimate based on your shipping address at checkout.

Please be aware that carrier delays may occur, which could extend your delivery time beyond the estimated date.

Shipping Fees

Orders of $35 or more ship free within the United States.

For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
