Refund policy
Returns
We allow returns on all of our products if the following conditions are met:
- The item being returned is new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
To start a return, send us a message with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for your return
If your request for a return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your package to us. A $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label. The return fee is only charged once per package, and multiple items can be returned in the same package.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product (original shipping fees will not be refunded) within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
